Course Content

Configuring Cisco Intelligent Automation for Cloud is an instructor-led product training that provides learners with an overview of Cisco Intelligent Automation for Cloud and its core components; an introduction to designing and configuring services and workflows, as well as managing and troubleshooting services and workflows. Cisco IAC 3.1.1 comprises a set of content, including services, workflows, and portlets, built on a platform including three core software components. This training addresses each of Those components: Cisco Prime Service Catalog 9.4.1R2, Cisco Process Orchestrator 2.3.5, and Cisco Server Provisioner 6.4.

Course Objectives

Upon completing this course, the learner will be able to meet these overall objectives:

• Use Cisco Prime Service Catalog best practices to design and configure services
• Use Cisco Process Orchestrator workflow design features to create workflow
processes
• Design, develop, test, and monitor integrations between Cisco Prime Service
Catalog and third-party systems, including Cisco Process Orchestrator
• Describe Cisco Service Provisioner and its role in Cisco IAC
