• Basic understanding of networking technologies
• Basic understanding of voice and video
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Unified CM) experience including single site dial plan, single Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) gateway, and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunks
